Process

Leadership Crossroads uses a structured yet flexible process to engage with you.  Each client's challenges being different, there may be a lot of customization.  No step should be skipped, though.

I. Preparation Phase

This phase serves to identify and clearly define the tasks and services to be performed by the consultant.  It is free of charge for the client, but requires extensive communication.

III. Future Engagements

We strive to make every client engagement one that leaves the client fully satisfied and willing to pursue future engagements as new challenges present themselves.  We strongly believe that long-term relationships are in both the client's and the consultant's best interest.
