Your web browser appears to be Internet Explorer version 6.x or later.  Unfortunately, select versions of Microsoft's browser have a bug that sometimes leads to pictures and buttons being downloaded every time they change.  On some computers, this can be quite a nuisance since it adds to the download time.

You can change your Internet Explorer's settings as follows:

   - In the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options...".  A small window will appear.

   - In the middle section of the new window, labeled "Temporary Internet Files",
click on "Settings...".  This will bring up a second window.

   - In the top section of that second window, make sure "Automatically" is selected.
This ensures that Internet Explorer uses what is called a 'cache' to store web
pictures temporarily rather than downloading from the web every time.  On some
web sites, including ours, this will greatly reduce the time it takes to navigate
     between pages.
